We are looking for true, to-the-point stories for our upcoming book,MY MOM IS MEANER THAN YOUR MOM.
The point of the book is that you can survive your mother's bad
behavior through sharing laughter and pain.
We still believe in a mother's enduring love for her children. And that is why we're compiling the funniest, scariest, weirdest and creepiest stories of maternal misbehavior for MY MOM IN MEANER THAN YOUR MOM.
Please send us your true, original stories with your full name, hometown, location of the story, and your e-mail & phone contacts.
Stories can run from one paragraph to two pages. We will notify you quickly if we can include your "maniacal Mom moment" in our book. In the process of eventually using hundreds of stories, we will not be able to pay you or give you a copy of the book. But you will be alongside the famous as well as the infamous. By submitting material to us, you agree we may edit the material for clarity and length, that it is originally written by you and that it is true.
There is healing power in a story like the woman who hadn't contacted her mother for 15 years and at her sister's funeral, her mother said, "Move! I want a picture of you next to the grave!"
Whether you want to share a laugh at the expense of your ma or want to have the last laugh for the mother who done you wrong, we want to feel your pain...and publish it nationally.
